Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow is a condition that affects the extensor muscles in our forearms. Overuse, injury, or degenerative conditions can cause this. The extensor muscles in the forearms help to extend the hand, bringing the back of the hand closer to the back of the forearm.

Massage therapy goals are to help decrease tension in affected and surrounding muscles, decrease swelling (if present), increase pain free range of motion, and improve circulation.
